Description

Juicy berries crowned with golden-brown marshmallows that ooze sweetness under a shower of crunchy graham crumbs and ribbons of vanilla-kissed chocolate. A fun, gooey treat in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 100 g mini marshmallows
  • 30 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 30 ml chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat a kitchen blowtorch or set the oven broiler to high.
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries and remove their stems.
  3. Place the strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top each one with mini marshmallows.
  4. Carefully toast the marshmallows with the blowtorch until golden brown, turning for even coloring, or broil 1–2 minutes.
  5. Immediately sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the hot marshmallow tops.
  6. In a small bowl, stir together the chocolate syrup and vanilla extract, then drizzle over the strawberries.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving to set the toppings.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best texture and flavor.
  • Keep a close eye when torching or broiling to prevent the marshmallows from burning.
  • Serve immediately while the marshmallows are still warm and gooey.
  • You can substitute marshmallow fluff in place of mini marshmallows for an easier prep.
