Ingredients
- 8 ounce softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning mix until smooth.
- Stir in salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and cilantro until evenly combined.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread about one-quarter of the mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap; repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Chill the roll ups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then unwrap and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
Notes
- For extra heat, use hot salsa or add finely diced jalapeños to the filling.
- These roll ups can be made a day in advance and stored tightly wrapped in the refrigerator.
- Substitute plain Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter, tangy flavor.
- Serve with guacamole, sour cream, or extra salsa for dipping.
