Description

Golden edges of Brussels sprouts snap with caramelized notes as they’re tossed in creamy Caesar dressing, kissed by lemon, then showered with Parmesan and crunchy croutons for irresistible texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove the roasted Brussels sprouts from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the warm Brussels sprouts with Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
  7. Toss well to coat each sprout with the dressing.
  8. Transfer the dressed Brussels sprouts to a serving platter and top with grated Parmesan and croutons.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of dressing based on your preference for creaminess
  • For extra flavor add a minced garlic clove to the dressing mixture
  • Serve immediately to ensure the croutons stay crisp
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days
