Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 oz soft goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions

- Spread goat cheese evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Drizzle honey over the goat cheese on two of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the honey‐topped cheese.
- Place the remaining two bread slices cheese‐side down on top to form sandwiches.
- Spread butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.
- Place sandwiches in the preheated skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
- Adjust the honey amount to suit your preferred sweetness.
- Fresh thyme leaves can be added for an herbal note.
- Any sturdy crusty bread works if sourdough is unavailable.
