Description

These crisp-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside bites soak up buttery garlic and salty Parmesan, finished with a hint of parsley. Warm and irresistible, they’re perfect for sharing alongside your favorite dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four pieces, then roll each piece into a ball.
  3. Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the biscuit bites are golden brown.
  5. While the bites bake, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat and whisk in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the hot biscuit bites to a large bowl, pour the garlic butter over them, and toss gently to coat.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the coated bites and toss again until evenly covered.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • For a stronger garlic flavor, substitute garlic powder with 2 cloves of minced fresh garlic.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • These bites pair well with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic aioli for dipping.
  • To make this dish gluten-free, use gluten-free refrigerated biscuit dough.
