Description

Bright pink watermelon juice swirls with zesty lime, a hint of honey, and cool mint, cascading over ice for an endlessly refreshing sip on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 800 grams watermelon cubes
  • 15 milliliters lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 milliliters cold water
  • 4 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place watermelon cubes in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  2. Add chilled watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey, cold water, fresh mint, and salt into a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more honey or lime juice if needed.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp if desired.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon juice over the ice.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use seedless watermelon for a smoother texture.
  • Adjust the amount of honey or lime juice according to your taste preference.
  • For an extra cooling effect, freeze mint leaves in ice cube trays beforehand.
  • Best served fresh and consumed within a few hours for optimal flavor.
